Beta phase

For CrossBeamIP purposes, “Beta” refers to the platform’s initial commercial launch phase. During this period, all core features are available to users. However, the system is being actively monitored, refined, and modified based on real-world usage and user feedback.

Accordingly, CrossBeamIP does not provide any uptime commitments or service-level guarantees during the Beta phase. While system interruptions are not expected, users should anticipate scheduled maintenance, updates, or other changes as the platform continues to improve.

Who can receive a beta code or a sample clearance report

If you are an attorney or represent a law firm or company, such as a brand strategist, we’d be glad to send you a sample knock-out search report and/or a beta code for up to three free test searches, valid for seven days.
We request your law firm or company affiliation, along with your role, to confirm you are evaluating CrossBeamIP for potential purchase rather than free use.
This offer is limited to one request per firm or company.

Instructions to redeem a beta code

Go to the site and click Redeem in the top header.

Enter your beta access code in the following format: BETA-xxxxxxxxxxxx — and click “Redeem.”

Create your account: enter your email address and password. Check your inbox for a message from CrossBeamIP, then click “Confirm Email.” You will be taken to a page to set up two-factor authentication ("2FA").

Set up the 2FA when prompted.

Enter the authentication code generated by your 2FA app. Once entered, you will be taken to a page with backup codes.

On the backup codes page: download your backup codes as a text file. Store them securely in case you lose access to your authenticator app. Click “Continue.”

You will now be taken to your dashboard, where you can run trademark searches and view and manage your saved searches.
